The Gurugram kids' food brand has closed its third round in about 17 months, with Fireside backing it again.
The 30-second read
- Fireside Ventures led a ₹100 Cr Series B for Troovy, with Sharrp Ventures and others joining.
- The money will go into R&D, manufacturing, quick commerce, offline distribution and the Build Together model.
- This is its third round in about 17 months, all led or co-led by Fireside.
IllustrationTroovy, a Gurugram-based food and snacking brand for children and families, closed a ₹100 Cr Series B round. Fireside Ventures led it. Sharrp Ventures and other investors also took part, as reported by Entrackr, Indian Startup News and The Hindu BusinessLine. The company was started by Aditya Mukherjee, CBO and co-founder, and Mansi Baranwal, co-founder. Troovy sells snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta.
The funds will grow R&D and factory capacity, push quick commerce and offline retail, and speed up the Build Together model. Mukherjee, first quoted by The Hindu BusinessLine, said: "This backing is a vote of confidence in a model most food companies don’t use: building with the people who’ll actually eat what you make." Entrackr was first to report that Troovy's vacuum-cooked chips have 10% to 12% oil, against 35% to 40% in mainstream chips.
Ankita Balotia, Principal at Fireside Ventures, explained: "Troovy grew 5x in the eight months following our last investment, and that is what made us double down." This was first reported by The Hindu BusinessLine. Earlier rounds: a ₹10.5 Cr seed in 2023, a ₹20 Cr (about $2.3 million) pre-Series A in May 2025, and a $5 million Series A in January 2026, first reported by Indian Startup News.
Sources differ on the founding year. Entrackr says 2023, while Indian Startup News says 2021. Entrackr also reported in June that Troovy was looking to raise up to ₹200 Cr in Series B. Rivals include Slurrp Farm, Timios and The Mumum Co.
