After the August 2025 ban, the company set aside provisions covering its investments in real-money gaming companies, which weighed on the year-ago result.
Why it matters
Nazara is a listed Mumbai-based gaming company, so its return to profit matters to investors in the stock. It also matters to India's gaming sector, which is still adjusting to the August 2025 real-money gaming ban.
