IllustrationBengaluru-based Live2.ai has raised ₹130 Cr, about $14 million, in a pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. Part of the round is fresh capital. The rest is a secondary sale that lets early shareholders cash out a portion of their stake. Live2.ai is an AI platform that links social listening to campaign execution and shoppable commerce.
The company was started by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora as co-founders. Venkat is the CEO, first reported by Inc42. The money will go into an agentic intelligence layer, a wider sales push to enterprise and global consumer brands, and cloud systems in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. It also plans to hire in engineering, data science and customer success across North America, Europe, Singapore and India.
Over the past 12 months, revenue quadrupled. About 90% comes from outside India, and 10% from India. Live2.ai serves more than 200 brands across the US, Europe and Southeast Asia. Named clients include Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido. Venkat said: "Brands today are drowning in signals and starved of action. Every conversation, creator post and trend spike is a revenue decision waiting to be made, and most are made too late or not at all. This funding lets us close that gap, with detection, decision and activation running in one governed loop for enterprise customers across North America, Europe and APAC," as first reported by Inc42.
Vikram Gupta, who founded IvyCap Ventures and serves as its managing partner, said: "Social has become a key channel for how consumers discover, evaluate, and buy, yet brands still rely on fragmented and manual tools to understand and act on it," first reported by Indian Startup News. Inc42 first reported that Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV and Duane Park are on the board as backers. Indian Startup News first reported that the legal entity is Woovly India Private Limited, incubated by Xelpmoc Design and Tech.
