The 30-second read
- Myntra reported a net loss of ₹579.4 Cr in FY26, against a profit of ₹548.5 Cr in FY25.

Myntra, the fashion platform Flipkart bought in 2014, slipped to a net loss of ₹579.4 Cr in FY26. A year earlier it had made a profit of ₹548.5 Cr. Entrackr and MediaNama both reported the numbers. Revenue from operations fell to ₹5,242.5 Cr from ₹6,063.8 Cr. Total revenue was ₹5,315.8 Cr, including ₹73.3 Cr of other income. Total expenses were ₹5,757.7 Cr, against ₹5,726 Cr a year before.
Advertising was the biggest cost, at ₹2,326.5 Cr. Myntra also earns from ads: advertising services revenue rose to ₹1,236.4 Cr from ₹914.5 Cr. Logistics services revenue fell 53% to ₹1,119.2 Cr from ₹2,390.5 Cr. Entrackr reports marketplace revenue of ₹2,657.3 Cr, up 3% and 50.7% of operating revenue. MediaNama puts the same ₹2,657.3 Cr at 55.05% of revenue.
Entrackr first reported an EBITDA loss of ₹435 Cr and an EBITDA margin of -7.09%. It also first reported that restructuring costs from the reverse flip, and ₹137.5 Cr of deferred tax, fed into the loss. Entrackr says Myntra spent ₹1.1 for each rupee it earned, and calls the loss partly cosmetic.
MediaNama first reported two other items. The board approved selling Myntra's shares in WROGN to Aditya Birla Digital Fashion Ventures for ₹6.56 Cr. Myntra also took a 51% controlling stake in XS Brands Consultancy Private Limited. MediaNama further reported that Flipkart Group had a consolidated FY26 net loss of ₹8,468 Cr on operating revenue of ₹1.45 lakh crore.
Why it matters
Myntra's sellers and brands pay it marketplace, ad and logistics fees, so its results show what it costs to win Indian shoppers. A big ad bill and a falling logistics line will matter to anyone who sells on the platform.
